OneVia Leads is a customer-acquisition company for home-service contractors. We run the marketing, qualify the homeowner request and hand the contractor an opportunity they can actually work — or an estimate already scheduled on their calendar.
What is OneVia Leads?
OneVia Leads is a lead-generation and appointment-setting service for home-service contractors. It connects contractors with homeowners and property owners requesting estimates in selected industries and territories.
Our mission
Most contractor marketing is sold as effort: impressions, clicks, monthly retainers and dashboards. Contractors do not buy effort — they buy work. OneVia exists to make customer acquisition something a contractor can price per opportunity, evaluate against their own close rate, and turn off if it stops working.
That means we take on the parts of the process that are easiest to get wrong: creating genuine homeowner demand, verifying that the request is real and in territory, and in appointment markets, doing the follow-up work that most offices simply do not have time for.
Who we serve
- Established home-service contractors with crews, capacity and a working estimate process.
- Residential trades such as concrete, roofing, hardscape, outdoor living, fencing, windows, bath remodeling and cleaning.
- Mechanical and specialty trades such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, EV charger installation and solar.
- Light-commercial operators, including commercial cleaning and paving contractors, where the buying process is a walkthrough rather than a kitchen-table close.
How we make money
OneVia is paid for the opportunities it delivers, through packages selected by industry, market and delivery type. There is no separate media-spend invoice and no long-term retainer built into the model. The commitment and payment terms that apply to any given contractor are the ones stated in their Order and the Terms of Service.
OneVia delivers homeowner opportunities. Contractors remain solely responsible for estimating, sales, licensing, permitting, insurance, workmanship, service and project performance. OneVia does not guarantee that a homeowner will purchase.
What we will not do
- We do not publish customer logos, testimonials, case studies or statistics we cannot substantiate.
- We do not guarantee jobs, revenue, close rates or appointment show rates.
- We do not resell aged or scraped list data as new opportunities.
- We do not claim offices, licenses or credentials we do not hold.
