OneVia Appointments
Qualified Appointments: We Qualify, Follow Up and Book
In appointment markets, OneVia does not stop at delivering the opportunity. We follow up with the homeowner and schedule the estimate onto your calendar so your team spends its time running estimates instead of chasing phone tag.
What is a OneVia Qualified Appointment?
A OneVia Qualified Appointment is an eligible project opportunity that has progressed beyond lead delivery and has been scheduled according to the contractor's selected appointment program and current qualification requirements.
What the appointment program includes
- Qualification of the underlying opportunity against the same standards used for Qualified Leads.
- Follow-up contact attempts with the homeowner on OneVia's side, so the first call does not depend on your office staff being free.
- Scheduling into a slot that matches the availability rules you set during market activation.
- Appointment details delivered to your team with the project request, contact information and service address.
What an appointment does not promise
An appointment is a scheduled conversation, not a sale. Homeowners reschedule, compare multiple contractors, and sometimes decide against the project entirely. OneVia does not guarantee attendance, purchase, contract value or revenue.
OneVia delivers homeowner opportunities. Contractors remain solely responsible for estimating, sales, licensing, permitting, insurance, workmanship, service and project performance. OneVia does not guarantee that a homeowner will purchase.
Getting the most out of booked estimates
- Confirm the appointment yourself the day before, in the channel the homeowner used to respond.
- Send the name and photo of the estimator who will arrive, so the household knows who is coming.
- Arrive with pricing you can present on site — comparison shoppers usually decide within days of the last estimate.
- Log outcomes for every appointment so you can measure your own close rate rather than guessing at it.
Frequently asked questions about qualified appointments
How is an appointment different from a lead?
A lead is delivered for your team to contact. An appointment has already been followed up on by OneVia and scheduled into a time slot on your calendar under the appointment program selected for your market.
What is confirmed before an appointment is booked?
The homeowner's project request, category and territory match, the contact details, and an agreed date and time that fits your published availability. Anything beyond that is confirmed only if it is part of the qualification criteria for your market.
Is the homeowner guaranteed to be home or to buy?
No. OneVia schedules the estimate; homeowners can still reschedule, cancel or change their mind. No show rate, purchase, revenue or job outcome is guaranteed.
Why do appointments cost more than leads?
Appointments include the additional follow-up, qualification and scheduling work performed before the opportunity reaches your calendar, so they are priced above leads in every vertical.
What if an appointment does not meet the program criteria?
Submit it for credit review under the Lead & Appointment Credit Policy within the review window described in that policy. The policy governs eligibility and how approved credits are applied.
Can OneVia book onto my existing calendar system?
Appointment scheduling is set up during market activation so it matches the calendar and availability rules your team already uses. The specific integration for your market is confirmed before delivery begins.
