Qualified Leads: We Qualify, You Work It

A OneVia Qualified Lead is a homeowner project request that has been checked for relevance, territory and contact quality before it reaches you — not a name pulled from a list.

What is a OneVia Qualified Lead?

A OneVia Qualified Lead is a homeowner or property owner who submitted a relevant project request, falls within the contractor's selected service category and territory, and provides the information required under OneVia's current qualification standards.

The minimum standards an opportunity must meet

Every opportunity is reviewed against OneVia's current qualification standards before it is released to a contractor. Those standards cover four things:

  • A relevant project request. The homeowner or property owner asked for an estimate or service in a category OneVia actively markets for your vertical.
  • Category match. The request falls inside the service category you selected, not an adjacent trade you do not perform.
  • Territory match. The property or service address falls inside the territory you selected when your market was activated.
  • Usable contact information. The submission includes the contact details required for you to reach the homeowner under the current standards for your program.

Opportunities that fail these checks should not be delivered. If one reaches you anyway, it is reviewable under the Lead & Appointment Credit Policy.

What qualification does not mean

OneVia delivers homeowner opportunities. Contractors remain solely responsible for estimating, sales, licensing, permitting, insurance, workmanship, service and project performance. OneVia does not guarantee that a homeowner will purchase.

Qualification is about the integrity of the opportunity, not the outcome of the sale. A qualified lead can still choose a competitor, delay the project, fail to answer the phone on the first attempt, or decide the quote is outside their budget. That is normal in every home-service vertical, and it is why response speed and follow-up discipline matter as much as the source of the opportunity.

Frequently asked questions about qualified leads

What is the difference between a lead and a qualified lead?

A lead can be any name and phone number, including recycled list data. A qualified lead has submitted a project request that matches your service category and territory and has supplied the information required under OneVia's current qualification standards.

Does a qualified lead mean the homeowner is ready to buy?

No. Qualification confirms that the request is relevant, in territory and reachable under current standards. It does not confirm budget approval, financing, timing or an intent to purchase from your company.

How fast are qualified leads delivered?

Opportunities are delivered as they clear qualification, so most reach you close to the time the homeowner submits the request. Delivery method and timing for your market are confirmed before activation.

What if the contact information does not work?

Submit the opportunity for credit review under the Lead & Appointment Credit Policy. Invalid or unreachable contact information, duplicates and contacts outside your selected territory are the typical grounds for review.

Can I choose which project types I receive?

You select your industry and territory, and in some verticals specific project types are part of the qualification criteria for your market. Confirm the exact criteria for your vertical when you check availability.
