OneVia Leads Optimized

How It Works

How OneVia Leads Works

OneVia runs the marketing, verifies the homeowner request and delivers the opportunity to you — as a Qualified Lead your team works, or as a Qualified Appointment scheduled on your calendar. You run the estimate and close the project.

The four steps

  1. Step 1

    Select your service and territory

Choose the industry you actually want work in and the service area you can reliably cover. Availability is set per market, so the first step is confirming the territory is open.

  2. Step 2

Choose Qualified Leads or Qualified Appointments

Qualified Leads are delivered for your team to work. Qualified Appointments are followed up on and scheduled onto your calendar under the appointment program selected for your market.

  3. Step 3

    Receive verified homeowner opportunities

Each opportunity is checked against OneVia's current qualification standards for contact information, project relevance and territory before it is delivered to you.

  4. Step 4

Follow up, run the estimate, and close the project

You remain responsible for estimating, pricing, sales, licensing, permitting, workmanship and customer service. OneVia delivers the opportunity; the project is yours to win and deliver.

What happens after you submit the availability form

The availability form captures your service, territory, delivery type, package size and contact details. Nothing is charged and nothing is activated at that point.

OneVia reviews current capacity for that industry and market, confirms the territory you asked for, and follows up to review pricing, delivery expectations and start timing with you. If the market is already full, you can ask to be added to the waitlist for that territory instead.

Availability review

Your industry and territory are checked against current market status — open, limited or full.

Program confirmation

You confirm Qualified Leads or Qualified Appointments, package size and the delivery details for your market.

Market activation

Once terms are agreed and the order is in place, delivery begins for the territory you selected.
