These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of websites, services, products, customer-acquisition programs, lead-generation services, appointment-setting services, software-enabled services, and related offerings provided by OneVia Leads Optimized ("OneVia," "we," "us," or "our").
These Terms apply to visitors, contractors, service providers, business customers, and other users of OneVia services. Certain consumer-facing service requests may also be subject to additional disclosures, consents, privacy terms, or participating provider terms.
By accessing the OneVia website, creating an account, requesting market availability, purchasing an opportunity package, accepting an order, executing an applicable service agreement, or otherwise using OneVia services, you agree to these Terms.
If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
1.OneVia Services
OneVia operates a customer-acquisition network designed to connect prospective customers with participating contractors and service providers. Depending on the product selected, OneVia may:
- Generate consumer or business inquiries
- Capture service requests
- Verify contact information
- Apply qualification criteria
- Deliver qualified opportunities
- Facilitate communications
- Follow up with prospective customers
- Use automated or AI-assisted communication systems
- Schedule estimates, consultations, or appointments
- Deliver appointment information to participating service providers
- Integrate with calendars, CRM systems, or communication platforms
- Provide related customer-acquisition technology and services
OneVia does not perform the underlying home-service, construction, maintenance, cleaning, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, paving, or other contractor services requested by consumers unless expressly stated otherwise. Participating contractors and service providers operate independently from OneVia.
2.OneVia Leads
OneVia Leads is a customer-acquisition product through which OneVia provides participating businesses with qualified service opportunities.
Unless otherwise specified in an Order, Market Agreement, or other written agreement, a OneVia Lead generally means an inquiry that meets agreed basic criteria such as:
- A real person or business inquiry
- Valid contact information based on commercially reasonable validation
- A request for an applicable service
- A location within the agreed service territory
- Compliance with applicable basic qualification criteria
- No disqualifying duplicate under the applicable duplicate policy
A OneVia Lead is an opportunity to pursue business. It is not a guarantee that the prospect will answer, schedule, attend an appointment, request an estimate, accept pricing, or that the contractor will close the sale or generate a specific amount of revenue.
Unless OneVia Appointments has been purchased, the participating business is responsible for working and following up with the opportunity after delivery.
3.OneVia Appointments
OneVia Appointments is a premium customer-acquisition product through which OneVia may:
- Generate an inquiry
- Engage the prospect
- Gather additional project information
- Apply agreed qualification criteria
- Follow up with the prospect
- Facilitate scheduling
- Place an estimate, consultation, or appointment onto the participating business's calendar
A OneVia Appointment generally counts as delivered when the applicable prospect agrees to a date/time and the appointment is successfully entered into or otherwise delivered to the participating business's agreed scheduling system.
Unless otherwise specifically stated in writing, an appointment is not a guarantee that the prospect will attend, purchase, accept an estimate, meet every subjective preference of the participating business, or produce revenue.
Appointment no-shows, cancellations, reschedules, and credit eligibility are governed by the applicable OneVia Appointment Credit Policy or Order.
4.Industries
OneVia may offer opportunities in industries including, but not limited to:
- Residential Concrete
- Epoxy Flooring
- Residential Cleaning
- Outdoor Transformations
- Residential Fencing
- Commercial Cleaning
- EV Charging Stations
- HVAC
- Plumbing
- Asphalt Paving
- Electrical
OneVia may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue industries or service categories based on market conditions, demand, legal requirements, fulfillment capacity, or other business considerations. Availability may vary by geography.
5.Market Availability
Availability displayed through OneVia is subject to confirmation. Submission of a Check Lead Availability request or completion of a Market Activation request does not guarantee that OneVia will accept a business into a particular market.
Markets may be classified internally as Open, Limited, Full, or Paused.
OneVia may limit participation to protect:
- Lead volume
- Opportunity quality
- Contractor capacity
- Customer experience
- Market economics
- Territory management
OneVia may decline, pause, limit, or modify market availability in its reasonable business discretion, subject to existing contractual obligations.
6.Market Activation
Before activating a package, OneVia may require a OneVia Market Activation. The purpose of Market Activation may include confirming:
- Industry
- Service category
- Territory
- ZIP codes
- Service radius
- Opportunity criteria
- Lead or Appointment delivery
- Requested volume
- Calendar configuration
- CRM configuration
- Contact information
- Package price
- Payment details
- Other fulfillment requirements
A Market Activation is not itself a guarantee that the requested market or volume will be approved. Final activation occurs only after OneVia confirms the applicable order or service arrangement.
7.Orders and Opportunity Packages
OneVia may sell prepaid opportunity packages. Packages may include quantities such as 10, 15, 25, or 50 opportunities, or a custom volume.
Pricing may vary by:
- Industry
- Market
- Territory
- Opportunity type
- Qualification requirements
- Lead versus Appointment delivery
- Volume
- Market acquisition costs
- Other fulfillment considerations
The pricing shown in an accepted Order controls over general website examples. An “Order” may include online checkout, electronic order confirmation, written Market Activation confirmation, proposal, order form, service agreement, invoice, or other written confirmation accepted by the customer.
8.Prepaid Packages
Unless otherwise stated in an applicable Order, OneVia opportunity packages may be purchased in advance. An advance purchase represents payment for the applicable opportunity inventory or services described in the Order.
Purchasing an opportunity package does not purchase:
- Advertising ownership
- A guaranteed number of closed customers
- Guaranteed revenue
- Guaranteed return on investment
- Guaranteed market share
- Guaranteed sales results
It purchases the OneVia opportunities or services described in the applicable Order.
9.Delivery Period
Opportunity delivery may occur over time rather than immediately. Delivery speed depends on factors including:
- Market demand
- Geography
- Seasonality
- Advertising conditions
- Customer behavior
- Qualification criteria
- Requested volume
- Market capacity
- Contractor territory
Unless a specific delivery deadline is stated in writing, OneVia does not guarantee that all opportunities will be delivered within a particular number of days. OneVia uses commercially reasonable efforts to fulfill accepted opportunity packages.
If a package cannot reasonably be fulfilled, OneVia and the participating business may address remaining prepaid amounts according to the applicable Order, refund policy, credit policy, or written agreement.
10.Exclusivity
OneVia may offer exclusive opportunities.
"Exclusive" does not necessarily mean that:
- A consumer has not independently contacted another provider
- A consumer has not submitted information elsewhere
- No other contractor in the geographic market will ever receive leads
- A contractor owns an entire geographic territory
Unless otherwise stated in writing, exclusivity means that OneVia does not intentionally sell or deliver the same qualifying opportunity to multiple participating OneVia contractors during the applicable exclusivity period. Specific exclusivity rules may be defined in the applicable Market Agreement or Order.
11.Territories
OneVia may assign or configure opportunities by:
- ZIP code
- City
- County
- Radius
- Metropolitan area
- Custom service area
- Other territory definition
Territory configurations do not necessarily provide exclusive ownership of that geography. OneVia may support multiple service providers within a market where sufficient opportunity volume exists. Market participation may be limited based on OneVia's capacity and quality standards.
12.Lead Credit Policy
OneVia maintains a Lead Credit Policy that may allow credit for certain invalid or non-conforming opportunities. Potentially creditable situations may include:
- Materially invalid contact information
- Opportunity outside the agreed territory
- Wrong service category
- Duplicate opportunity within the applicable duplicate period
- Spam or fraudulent submission
- Opportunity that materially fails agreed basic qualification criteria
Credit eligibility is subject to OneVia review. A lead is generally not invalid solely because:
- The prospect does not answer
- The prospect stops responding
- The prospect changes their mind
- The prospect delays the project
- The prospect requests multiple estimates independently
- The prospect rejects the contractor's pricing
- The prospect selects another contractor
- The contractor fails to contact the prospect promptly
- The contractor fails to close the sale
- The contractor does not like the opportunity
- The project becomes unavailable after a valid inquiry
The applicable Lead Credit Policy incorporated into these Terms governs specific procedures and eligibility.
13.Credit Request Procedure
Credit requests must be submitted within the period specified in the applicable OneVia Lead Credit Policy or Order.
Credit requests may require:
- Opportunity ID
- Reason for request
- Supporting information
- Communication records where relevant
OneVia may review CRM records, call records, text records, timestamps, qualification information, or other relevant data when evaluating a credit request. Approved credits may generally be returned as opportunity credits rather than cash refunds, subject to the applicable Order and law.
14.Appointment Credit Policy
OneVia Appointments may be subject to separate appointment credit rules. Appointment credit categories may include:
- Invalid appointment
- Canceled appointment
- No-show
- Rescheduled appointment
- Duplicate appointment
- Outside territory
- Wrong service
Credits are not automatically provided for every cancellation or no-show. The applicable Order or Appointment Credit Policy controls.
15.Refunds
Except as expressly provided in an applicable Order, Lead Credit Policy, Appointment Credit Policy, or required by law, amounts paid to OneVia are generally non-refundable after services or opportunity fulfillment has begun.
If OneVia cannot provide purchased services or opportunities and no reasonable alternative, credit, extension, or replacement is available, OneVia may provide an appropriate refund or other remedy consistent with the applicable Order and law.
16.Customer Responsibilities
Participating contractors and service providers agree to:
- Provide accurate business information
- Maintain appropriate licenses where required
- Maintain appropriate insurance where required
- Comply with applicable laws
- Respond professionally to consumers
- Honor agreed appointments
- Maintain accurate calendar availability
- Promptly update OneVia regarding scheduling changes
- Avoid unlawful or deceptive sales practices
- Protect consumer personal information
- Use lead information only for legitimate business purposes
- Maintain reasonable security practices
- Respect consumer opt-out requests
- Comply with applicable telephone, SMS, email, advertising, privacy, and consumer-protection laws
OneVia may suspend a participating provider for conduct that creates material risk to consumers, OneVia, or the network.
17.Speed to Lead and Follow-Up
Opportunity performance may depend heavily on response speed and follow-up. Participating businesses are responsible for their own performance after delivery of OneVia Leads.
OneVia may provide recommendations regarding:
- Response time
- Follow-up cadence
- Appointment confirmation
- Estimate process
- CRM usage
Unless OneVia Appointments or another managed service has been purchased, OneVia is not responsible for the customer's sales process. Failure to follow up with a valid lead does not automatically create a credit right.
18.Calendar and CRM Access
OneVia Appointments may require connection to:
- Google Calendar
- CRM systems
- Scheduling platforms
- Business calendars
- Other customer systems
Customers authorize OneVia to access and use connected systems only as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service and subject to applicable permissions.
Customers are responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate availability
- Keeping credentials secure
- Removing access when appropriate
- Informing OneVia of material scheduling changes
OneVia is not responsible for failures caused by:
- Third-party outages
- Incorrect customer configuration
- Revoked permissions
- Calendar conflicts created outside OneVia
- CRM errors beyond OneVia's reasonable control
19.Telephone, SMS, Email, and AI-Assisted Communications
OneVia may use communication technologies to provide its services, including:
- Telephone
- SMS
- Web chat
- Automated systems
- AI-assisted systems
- Artificial or prerecorded voice technology where legally permitted
- Scheduling systems
OneVia will use such technologies subject to applicable laws and required consents. Participating businesses must not instruct OneVia to engage in unlawful communications. OneVia may decline or modify requested communication practices that create legal or compliance concerns.
20.Call Recording
Where permitted by law and where appropriate notice or consent has been provided, OneVia may record, transcribe, or monitor communications for:
- Qualification
- Quality assurance
- Training
- Scheduling
- Customer service
- Security
- Compliance
- Recordkeeping
Recording laws vary by jurisdiction. OneVia provides required notice and obtains required consent where applicable.
21.Consumer Data
Participating businesses may receive personal information relating to prospective customers. Businesses agree to:
- Use information only for legitimate service-related purposes
- Protect information using reasonable safeguards
- Not sell lead information without authorization
- Not use lead information for unrelated unlawful marketing
- Honor applicable deletion, opt-out, and privacy requirements
- Comply with applicable privacy laws
OneVia may terminate or suspend access for misuse of consumer information.
22.Intellectual Property
The OneVia website, technology, software, processes, branding, logos, designs, text, graphics, databases, workflows, qualification systems, pricing architecture, and related materials may be protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual-property laws.
Except as expressly authorized, users may not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, scrape, republish, resell, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from OneVia proprietary materials.
Customers do not obtain ownership of the OneVia platform, technology, consumer-acquisition methodology, or underlying systems by purchasing opportunity packages.
23.OneVia Brand
"OneVia," "OneVia Leads," "OneVia Appointments," "OneVia Leads Optimized," and related logos, marks, slogans, and branding may be trademarks or proprietary marks of OneVia or its owner.
No license to use OneVia branding is granted except as expressly authorized in writing.
24.Customer Content
If a customer provides OneVia with:
- Logos
- Images
- Testimonials
- Business descriptions
- Service information
- Offers
- Advertising materials
- Other content
the customer represents that it has the rights necessary for OneVia to use such materials to provide the requested services. The customer grants OneVia a limited license to use that content solely as reasonably necessary to provide the services, unless another agreement says otherwise.
25.Testimonials and Case Studies
OneVia will not publicly use a customer's name, logo, testimonial, recorded statement, or confidential performance data in marketing without applicable permission. Acceptance of these Terms is not blanket consent for public testimonial use.
If a separate case-study or testimonial agreement is executed, that agreement controls.
26.Advertising
OneVia may use advertising platforms to generate opportunities. Advertising channels may include:
- Meta
- Search advertising
- Social advertising
- Display advertising
- Referral networks
- Organic channels
- Partnerships
- Other acquisition channels
OneVia determines acquisition methods unless otherwise agreed. Customers generally purchase opportunities or services, not ownership of OneVia advertising accounts, audiences, campaigns, creative assets, or marketing infrastructure unless expressly agreed in writing.
27.Third-Party Services
OneVia may rely upon third parties including:
- Advertising platforms
- CRM providers
- SMS providers
- Telephone providers
- AI providers
- Cloud infrastructure providers
- Payment processors
- Analytics platforms
- Scheduling platforms
- Email providers
OneVia does not control every third-party service and will not be responsible for interruptions caused solely by third-party systems beyond OneVia's reasonable control, subject to applicable law and contractual obligations.
28.Payment
Customers agree to pay all amounts shown in the applicable Order. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Customers authorize applicable charges according to the Order.
OneVia may suspend fulfillment for:
- Failed payments
- Reversed payments
- Unresolved chargebacks
- Fraud concerns
- Material breach of these Terms
OneVia may require updated payment information before continuing service.
29.Chargebacks
Customers should contact OneVia first regarding billing or fulfillment disputes. Initiating a chargeback does not automatically invalidate amounts properly owed under an applicable Order.
OneVia may provide payment processors with:
- Orders
- Delivery records
- Opportunity records
- Communications
- Acceptance records
- Credit history
- Other relevant documentation
Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
30.Taxes
Customers are responsible for applicable taxes associated with purchases unless OneVia is legally required to collect and remit them. OneVia may collect applicable sales, use, or similar taxes where required.
31.No Performance Guarantee
OneVia provides customer-acquisition opportunities and related services. OneVia does NOT guarantee:
- Number of closed jobs
- Specific close rate
- Revenue
- Profit
- Return on investment
- Appointment show rate
- Customer purchasing decisions
- Specific advertising performance
- Business growth
Examples, calculators, case studies, projections, and potential revenue figures are illustrative only unless expressly stated otherwise.
Results vary based on:
- Market
- Competition
- Seasonality
- Contractor reputation
- Pricing
- Sales process
- Response speed
- Follow-up
- Service quality
- Availability
- Consumer behavior
- Other factors
32.Contractor Independence
Participating contractors are independent businesses. OneVia does not:
- Employ participating contractors
- Control contractor pricing
- Guarantee contractor workmanship
- Supervise contractor employees
- Provide contractor licenses
- Provide contractor insurance
Consumers should perform their own evaluation before hiring a service provider.
33.Consumer Disputes With Contractors
OneVia is not a party to contracts between consumers and participating service providers unless expressly stated otherwise. Disputes concerning:
- Workmanship
- Pricing
- Payment
- Project completion
- Property damage
- Warranties
- Licensing
- Contractor performance
are generally between the consumer and the applicable provider. OneVia may assist with communication but does not assume responsibility for the provider's work.
34.Prohibited Use
Users may not use OneVia to:
- Violate law
- Commit fraud
- Misrepresent identity

- Circumvent OneVia systems

35.Suspension and Termination
OneVia may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:
- Nonpayment
- Fraud
- Consumer complaints
- Misuse of personal information
- Illegal conduct
- Material breach
- Network abuse
- Licensing concerns
- Repeated appointment failures
- Conduct harmful to OneVia's reputation or users
Where commercially reasonable, OneVia may provide notice and an opportunity to cure non-urgent breaches. Immediate suspension may occur where safety, fraud, privacy, legal, or security concerns exist.
36.Customer Cancellation
Purchasing a prepaid package does not create a recurring subscription. If OneVia later offers recurring packages, the applicable Order will clearly state billing frequency, renewal terms, cancellation procedure, and effective cancellation date.
For prepaid packages, cancellation and unused balances are governed by the applicable Order, refund policy, Lead Credit Policy, and applicable law.
37.Confidentiality
Non-public information concerning:
- Pricing
- Lead-generation processes
- Customer data
- Opportunity data
- Market performance
- Business systems
- Conversion methodologies
- Proprietary technology
may constitute confidential information. The parties will use reasonable measures to protect confidential information and use it only for legitimate purposes related to their relationship. Specific confidentiality obligations in another signed agreement control over this general section.
38.Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OneVia services are provided subject to the disclaimers contained in these Terms and any applicable Order.
OneVia does not warrant that:
- Services will always be uninterrupted
- Every lead will result in contact
- Every appointment will show
- Every market will remain available
- Advertising costs will remain stable
- Third-party platforms will remain unchanged
39.Limitation of Liability
The limitation-of-liability provision for these Terms is being finalized with legal counsel and will be published here. Until then, the terms of the applicable Order or signed agreement control.

may constitute acceptance where legally valid.
44.Changes to Terms
OneVia may update these Terms periodically. The Last Updated date is revised whenever material changes are made. Where required by law or contract, OneVia will provide appropriate notice of material changes.
Changes will not retroactively alter already accepted Orders where prohibited by law or contrary to an applicable agreement.
45.Order of Precedence
If these Terms conflict with a specific signed or accepted OneVia Order, Market Agreement, or Service Agreement, the following order applies unless otherwise stated:
- 1. Signed Service Agreement

- 5. General website content
46.Severability
If a provision of these Terms is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law.
