Service Areas
Territories and Market Availability
OneVia works territory by territory. You choose the area your crews can actually cover, and delivery is limited to opportunities inside it — subject to how much capacity remains in that market for your industry.
How territory selection works
- You define the service area during the availability check, usually as a radius or ZIP code set around your base of operations.
- Opportunities are matched to that area before delivery. Contacts outside it are reviewable under the Lead & Appointment Credit Policy.
- Capacity is tracked per industry and market, so concrete can be open in a metro while roofing in the same metro is not.
- Pricing carries a market factor, because the cost of generating a homeowner request differs between metros.
Market status meanings
- Opportunities Available
- Capacity is available now for this industry and territory.
- Limited Availability
- Capacity remains but is close to committed for this market.
- Market Currently Full
- Capacity is committed. Join the waitlist for that territory.
- Unavailable
- Delivery is temporarily paused for this market.
OneVia does not publish city landing pages for markets it does not actively serve, and does not claim a physical office in a market where it has none. Coverage claims are confirmed during the availability review for your specific territory.
Service area questions
Which cities does OneVia cover?
OneVia works from contractor-defined territories rather than a fixed city list, so coverage depends on the industry you select and the current capacity in that market. Run the availability check with your ZIP code to see the status for your area.
How large can my territory be?
Territories are usually defined by a radius or ZIP code set around your service base. The practical limit is the area your crews can reach for an estimate within a reasonable drive.
What does it mean when a market is full?
It means current capacity for that industry and territory is already committed. You can ask to join the waitlist for that market and be contacted if capacity opens.
Can I change my territory later?
Territory changes are handled during the market review with your account contact, since a change affects capacity for other contractors in the same area.
